Refunds/Cancellation Policy,

and Terms & Conditions

FOR YOUR INFORMATION & SAFETY

Refunds/Cancellation Policy:

 

If you are not 100% in love with your treasure/s upon arrival, please make contact within 30 days of the purchase date, and then send them back packaged in the same way and I will be happy to provide a refund, not including postage.

*Please note: this does not apply to Custom, Pre-Order, or Made to Order treasures.

* If you change your mind after placing an order, and request something else that I may need to craft especially for you, I do not give refunds for these.

All items are packed with lots of love and extra care, but if your items are damaged upon arrival, please let me know and provide clear photos of the packaging and items so we can come to a resolution, as a refund or replacement may be possible for you.

 

If your treasure breaks over time due to wear, please make contact and I will be happy to repair for a small fee. Make sure to keep as many of the crystals etc as you can, and include broken pieces for inspection.

Shipping:

 

Treasures will be shipped once payment is received and cleared.

 

Within New Zealand standard courier and tracking courier takes between 1 - 3 working days. If you order 6 items or more, make sure to upgrade the shipping or there may be delays if I need to email you and alert you.

 

International standard shipping from New Zealand can take between 6 - 10 working days, and in some cases it has taken a month. If you experience any delays, please make contact as soon as possible.

 

All orders have tracked shipping for security.

 

If your treasures do not arrive in time (and you have not purchased tracking/insurance) please make contact and I will be happy to get an investigation started to track down your parcel.
